Knock count for V1 and V2 WRX

Hi guys,

I've added a knock count to my ROM. This allows you to know exactly when knock occurs while logging, the value itself is not important, what matters is when the value increases. So for example if you start the car the value might be at 60, however that is not an issue, at the point when knock occurs it will be incremented to let's say 65 and stay there till the next knock event happens. The value increases by about 5 for one knock event. The knock count is at 0x1382. The ROM attached includes:
1. Knock count
2. CEL flash on knock
3. RPM limited to 3k if coolant temp exceeds 100C
4. Launch control
5. Anti lag - sound only, I don't think it makes appreciable boost.
