Off Topic? OBDII simulator box?
«

Some of us poor folks are living in a state with OBDII "plug and play" emissions testing for 96'+ cars.
I have a JDM twin turbo swap in my 96' legacy and have quite a few friends with pre-OBDII engine sets in cars that are subjected to this style of testing.
Can anyone build a "black box" with the OBDII connector on it that can transmit the two communications "CEL Off" and "All readyness tests completed"?
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks for your time.
